1. Who we are
These terms govern use of Zyph ERP, provided by Zyph Tech, Lda. (“Zyph”), in Mozambique, at https://erp.zyphtech.com.
By creating an account or using the service, the company accepts these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zyph ERP.
2. The service
Zyph ERP is online business software: invoices, customers, stock, purchasing, treasury, reports and team roles. The plan and billing period (monthly, quarterly, six-month or annual) are on the pricing page and at checkout.
Any trial period is described on the site. Access after the agreed period depends on payment.
3. Your account
The company is responsible for the people it invites, the roles it assigns and the data it enters (customers, tax IDs, products, documents). Credentials must not be shared.
Generated documents (invoices, quotes, receipts) belong to the company. Zyph provides the tool; the company is responsible for the tax and commercial content.
4. Payment and VAT
Prices on the site are exclusive of VAT; legal VAT in Mozambique (currently 16%) is added unless stated otherwise. Failed payment may suspend access until it is settled.
5. Availability
Zyph works to keep the service available, with periodic backups. Uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. Announced maintenance in the panel, when it happens, is not a breach.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Zyph ERP for unlawful activity, to attack the service, or to reach another company’s data. Each account sees only its own data.
7. Ownership
The software, the Zyph brand and the product look belong to Zyph Tech, Lda. Business data the company uploads remains the company’s.
